All About Nannies, Inc. is owned and operated by Dianna Hughs. Since 1989 Dianna has worked in both the financial services area and as a professional nanny.

Prior to starting her own placement agency, Dianna had been placed by two valley agencies. In each situation it seemed the agency's main concern was to place her with a family, collect their fee and move on to the next family and nanny, leaving Dianna to figure everything out on her own.

It is because of this that Dianna chose to start her own agency - to serve as a resource for both families, and nannies even after the placement cycle has been completed.

She views it as her goal to serve; first, last and always.
