1. What is NannyTemps™?
Whether your child is mildly ill and needs to stay home from
school, your current childcare arrangements are suspended or you
just want to go out for the evening without the kids!
NannyTemps™ can be there to help! Our clients use NannyTemps™ to
fill in for evenings, days, weeks or months! NannyTemps™ have cared
for the children while parents traveled out of town or they take
a NannyTemp with them on vacation.
2. What is NannyTemps™ -
NEWBORN CARE?
NannyTemps™ will
help out with a newborn baby to create a restful environment, and
help manage the household. While you are sleeping
restfully (depending on the layout of your home) the nanny can
do laundry, run and unload your dishwasher or small quiet tasks
to be sure not to wake you or baby!
3. How do I join the Temporary Program?
Better relationships create
better service! The first step in the process is to complete a
family application. This is your
opportunity to specify the qualities you are looking for in
your caregivers, and to clarify your expectations. Please respond
thoughtfully, as we will rely on it to conduct our screening
for the caregivers best suited for your needs.
After completion of the family application form please contact
our office at 480-948-3901. We will spend some time discussing
the dynamics and personality of your individual family. Through
this process we are able to make a better match within our pool
of temporary caregivers. The rapport between you and the staff
member working on your position allows that person to do a better
job of assisting you. At this time, we would be happy to answer
any questions you may have and to elaborate more on our process
so that we can alleviate any concerns.
We do not charge an annual membership fee. The NannyTemps™ fee
is $25 per day or a maximum of $250 per one month placement. This
fee will be applied towards the extensive background checks and
screening procedures that we conduct in order to provide you with
the best caregivers available, and entitles you to a discount
of equal value in the All About Nannies, Inc. permanent nanny
placement services. (Please ask your Director for more information
on our Permanent Nanny Placement Services.)
