It is Dianna's vision to be considered a resource for nannies and families alike. Part of being this resource is the sharing of ideas-this is where the concept of the "Nanny Network" was born.

On a monthly basis, nannies, even those that are not part of her agency, will get together with their charges and go to the zoo, the park for a sack lunch, story time, etc. The focus of these outings will be the sharing of industry "best practices," so that each nanny has the ability to be the best nanny that they can be.

As a bonus, it also serves as a social interaction for both nannies and the children.
